Orders will be approved after all the billing and shipping information is verified and the payment has been received. Once the order has completed its processing time and has shipped from our facilities you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. When you get your tracking number, please visit Track Your Order for detailed information. Please contact us if you have not received an order confirmation with your order number.
Products are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. The complaint for the return must be clearly stated in writing. All returned products must be returned in perfect condition, in undamaged original packaging. If product comes in damaged condition, “Vachera doors” is empowered not to refund the money or commit a partial compensation. For non damaged items Returns the Customer must pay return shipping fees. In case of the returns of door slabs there is 20% restocking charge of the invoices price. In case of returning pre-hung or special order doors the Customer gets charged restocking fee of 50%. Custom or Special orders are the placed orders that must be special manufactured for the Customer and are not entitled to be returned.
The order may be cancelled in 24 hours after the order placement. Cancellations received after shipping are treated as a returns – see Returns section for more information.

The shipping costs and delivery time may vary based on the location and order specifications - please contact at email@example.com with your zip code and order information to get provided with a precise information. If there is a mistake in provided delivery address, we must be contacted within 12 hours of placing an order. Shipment is organized via freight services and freight is insured by the shipping carrier. The unloading of product out of the truck mainly should be arranged by the Customer. Vacheradoor.com takes no responsibilities for damage of the product, personal injury or any other issue that may arise during the uploading process.
Customer is responsible to examine and check in detail all the shipped product and remark any shortage or damage, before signing any document or form of the freights company. The missing items list must be indicate on paper work. There should be photos and other indications of the missing parts for the replacement process. In case of any concealed damages found after the signed paperwork, the Customer must contact the freight company for further actions.
If there is a resistance from the driver’s side against the product examination please not it down on the receipt and then sign where required. If these terms must be accepted to fulfill the replacements.
By signing the delivery receipt and accepting the shipment The Customer reassures that the product is delivered in proper condition and the freight company and vacheradoor.com are exempt from all damage claims.
Vacheradoor.com is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery companies directly. The Customer does not take any responsibility to pay the carrier company for any additional or existing services at the time of delivery or any time. Such payment made by the customer will be at the cost of the Customer’s.
